When I started SoZo Coffee in 2006, my goal was to create a classic Italian espresso. Fast forward to 2017 with this same espresso blend being judged at Coffee Fest’s “America’s Best Espresso” competition. One of the judges gave me a nice compliment by saying, “great classic espresso.” Goal achieved.
